Wilkie is a Senior Vice President on Green Street’s Forecasting and Data Science Team. He is primarily focused on development of the firm’s Automated Valuation Model (AVM) and previously worked on its Sales Comps product.

Prior to joining Green Street, he spent 19 years in the asset management industry as a software development leader at Capital Group and PAAMCO. Most recently, he led technical product management at Archipelago, a risk data platform connecting commercial property owners’ data with their insurance markets. Wilkie holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
