Vince is the lead analyst for Green Street’s retail team, managing research for the firm’s mall and strip center coverage. As part of his leadership role for these sectors, Vince also oversees deep coverage of roughly 20 public real estate companies. His notable research contributions include analyzing the health of key shopping center tenants and exploring the evolving grocery landscape. Vince has also covered the industrial sector during his tenure at Green Street. He has been quoted by top financial press such as The Wall Street Journal and CNBC. Vince is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Vince was an analyst on the Global Trade & Supply Chain Finance team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised national retailers. Vince earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with Dean’s Honors and Distinction, and has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
