Vince is an analyst on Green Street's retail team, where he co-leads coverage of the strip center sector. His notable research contributions include analyzing the health of key strip center tenants and exploring the potential real estate implications of Amazon’s acquisition of Whole Foods. Vince has also covered the mall and industrial sectors during his tenure at Green Street. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Vince was an analyst on the Global Trade & Supply Chain Finance team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised national retailers. Vince earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with Dean’s Honors and Distinction, and has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
