Seth is a Managing Director on Green Street's Market Analytics team, which helps institutional commercial real estate investors make better capital allocation decisions in both the public and private markets. Seth has been with Green Street since 2013, holding various leadership positions including, Head of Institutional Equity Sales and Head of Enterprise Account Management. Prior to joining Green Street, Seth was a member of ISI's #1 ranked Institutional Investor REIT research team covering the apartments, student housing and storage sectors. Previously, he was an institutional salesperson at Merrill Lynch and at Green Street. Seth earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Economics and Political Science.
