Peter is a Managing Director at Green Street and a lead research analyst for Europe overseeing coverage of the Pan-European office and industrial sectors. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has launched coverage of more than 30 property companies. Peter has played a central role in helping global investors from private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and institutional portfolio managers understand European office, retail, residential, and hotel property sectors and how they compare to Green Street’s UK and U.S. coverage. Recent contributions include his introduction of Management Value Added (MVA) grades for Green Street’s European company coverage universe, in-depth analysis on Nordic PropCos development pipelines and logistic real estate markets in Spain, bold calls on Pan-European office markets, and the creation of Green Street's proprietary Pan-European shopping-centre database, which includes 540 REIT-owned properties. Before joining Green Street, Peter was a research analyst for J.P. Morgan Securities, Property Investment Research - an Australian independent property research company, and various real estate private equity funds. He received a first class M.Sc. (Hons) in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of Reading.
