Analyst, Residential

Conor is an analyst on Green Street's residential research team, where he co-leads coverage of the apartment and single-family rental sectors. His notable research contributions include in-depth analysis of residential capital expenditures, employment data and key changes in markets such as Houston and San Francisco. Conor frequently speaks at industry conferences, including Multifamily Executive and RealShare Apartments. Prior to joining Green Street in 2014, he worked on the buy side as a long-short equity analyst. Conor earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, and a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
