The Net Asset Value (NAV) modeling tool provides an in-depth look at the components of our NAV estimate for each REIT–the first building block in Green Street’s core valuation model. Investors can incorporate their own assumptions to assess the impact or sensitivity of those employed by our analysts.

Interactive, downloadable graphs and data for analyzing the value of real estate and each major property sector in the private and public markets. The tool draws from over 20 years of historical data, real estate research, and observations. Its objective is to provide insights into potential investment opportunities based on sector mispricing.
Corporate Governance
Live corporate governance scores based on 10 key variables from our Corporate Governance Model, including board make-up, anti-takeover devices, and potential conflicts of interest. Charts compare results to those of sector and industry peers.
Executive Compensation
Compensation data and analysis for each company in our coverage universe with graphs comparing results to sector peers and industry averages. Charts assess the appropriateness of pay packages given adjustments for size (executives at larger companies should generally earn more) and returns (executives who deliver good performance relative to their peers’s should earn more).
