Our research product is oriented toward institutional money managers (e.g. mutual funds, pension fund advisors, and hedge funds) and other public market participants (e.g. commercial banks, accounting firms and high net-worth individuals). Money managers generally establish accounts with our Dallas-based trading operation and pay for our research by trading shares of REITs and other public companies. Clients who are not money managers pay for our research through an annual retainer.
