Green Street Advisors Initiates Coverage on Chesapeake Lodging Trust (CHSP)
Newport Beach, CA, January 22, 2010 – Green Street Advisors today announced that it had initiated research coverage on Chesapeake Lodging Trust, a "blank–check" REIT that intends to opportunistically invest in hotel properties. Coverage initiation follows on the heels of the December 7, 2009, pre–IPO report authored by John Arabia, Managing Director and head of Green Street's Lodging and Health Care sectors. Chesapeake officially began trading on the NYSE exchange on January 22, 2010.
