Green Street delivers value to private real estate operations by benchmarking their performance against publicly traded REIT peers. We provide an overview and outlook for each property type and also conduct a performance analysis by focusing on REIT peers with comparable properties operating in similar markets. Data points we examine might include: operating margins, occupancy trends, same property NOI growth trends, embedded NOI growth, and capital expenditures.
