Realty Stock Review, for the last 12 years, has recognized an All-Star list of analysts. Importantly, the balloting for this award is limited solely to REIT industry participants, primarily consisting of institutional investors, who know this industry best. This targeted approach stands in sharp contrast to the method used by Institutional Investor in its individual analyst awards, in which thousands of ballots are sent out, many reaching voters who know little or nothing about this niche. Because the voters in this poll are a group that includes only our targeted customers, we are proud that Green Street, or a member of the Green Street team, has finished at the top of the voting in every year RSR has ranked the recipients of this award. Institutional Investor provides awards for the best research boutiques. While an award category for REIT research has not existed every year, Green Street has won this award every time that it has been given since 1994, including 2003 & 2002.

The Wall Street Journal conducts its "Best on the Street" contest based on objective performance measures. The award is given to individual analysts based solely on their stock picking acumen during a given year, and, in past years, awards have been given for the accuracy of earnings forecasts. During the three years this award has been given, Green Street analysts have been named to the "Best of the Street" list five times, including two first place finishes for stock picking accuracy (out of a field of 50-75 participants each year).
